Products

We strive to accurately describe our products, ingredients, and nutritional information. Because our products are made with real ingredients, appearance, colour, and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Shipping

We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and allergy information before consuming our products.
