The recipe comes from Zoah’s grandmother, “Teta.” Slow-cooked in small batches, this all-natural gourmet freeze-dried soup is smooth, comforting, and easy on sensitive stomachs.

Made with red lentils, onion, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt, it delivers pure, nourishing flavour with every spoonful. For those who like a little heat, each serving comes with a side of aromatic Aleppo pepper blend for an optional kick.
